The is, copy & paste the address bar link when on youtube instead of the link that comes up when you hit share.

I usually use the address bar link from youtube.

Not the link you get when you hit the share button.

I don't know about forum restrictions but you usually take the link and put it between this: [noparse]yourvideo[/noparse].
