how can i turn the voltage cut off totally off on my xb-e ... my batteries say its 11.1 volts but my car just stops and waits a a few sec then resumes or seems to loose power .. i use battery buzzers on both my batteries .. my esc and motor both only get a lil warm .. never hot ... i just hope i don't need a new esc .. my xb-e is all stock including radio

Not sure butt...I don't think turning off the low voltage is a good idea.

Lipo batt's are not meant to run until dead.

Isn't the xbe two 11.1 v 3s? or 22v?

yes but i will be running battery buzzers and it seems my car cuts out early .. im not sure why it does that .. i use fully charged stock batteries and it only lasts about 10 min or so .. motor and esc don't get hot .. only a lil warm with running it for 10 min .. i go to hit throttle and it wont move forward but the steering will work .. i took out the esc last night and im moving it to a better place so i can see the led's on the esc .. im not sure what size packs the factory uses for the xb-e but they look carbon fiber looking .. i use a hitech x1 in lipo mode with balance board @ 3s @ 5 amp @ 11.1 ... i just hope i don't need a new esc ..

Get a lipo checker and check the individual cells of your packs after it shuts down. Your packs might be defective. The voltage might be dropping causing the esc to do its job. You don't want to turn off the low voltage cutoff. Another option is to try a new set of packs. If you have issues with both sets you have an esc issue.

If I were to guess I'd say the packs are to blame.

Keep in mind that purchasing a used vehicle comes with the previous owners mistakes. You should expect to replace a few items. Never believe the "I just need the cash" excuse for selling.

I got a onyx 235 charger off ebay for $65 ...

It will fast or trickle charge lipo/nimh/life batteries .

It will let you set the amperage rate and let you see the mah put in, as well as each cell voltage.

I totally agree - I once had one cell blowing up - with 6S the total voltage was still high enough having the LVC not kicking in. Grab those cheap 6-8S Lipo warning devices and you're good to go. They give alerts on every single cell.
