I've got my truck apart to put the new dom pipe on {can't wait}so I desided to go ahead and put the hpi air filter on while I'm at it. Well since the carbs loose why not change the manifold before I have a warping problem, which by the way after check'in out the stock manifold, I already had that problem . Well what the heck carbs off why not get that 990 I've been wanting to try. The old lady gon'na kill me anyway's!!! Which brings me to my question. Correct me if I'm wrong, the nipple by the primer bulb is the return and the one down beiow is the supply. I think?? Can these nipples be aimed, turned, their not pointing in the best direction and I don't want to force anything not knowing what I'm doing. Also, even though this isn't the right part of the forum for this question, since I've got the back end of the truck off, for the pipe, what more has to be taken apart to check or change the diff oil. I mean the easy way, the best way, whatever you want to call it. If I just had enough money left for a killer bee, Iv'e got a new radio standing by in the box, a couple new servos and I'd be on the way to getting this baby the way I want it. Oh no!! what about some more horses??? Which brings me to my last question for now. Does it ever end. HOPE NOT!! Thanks guys!

Nobody loves me no more

Really like to know about that fitting. Can't wait to see what that dom pipe will do.

well I got the nipple turned the right way the vent in and put the tank back but that's all I could stand doing without starting it. WOW most likely be up half the night to get it ready to roll. I thought it ran good before but it sounds like a whole different truck. Just hope it runs as good as it sounds. thanks for the help. I'll have to get to those diffs the next time.

Sweet! Have fun, dude!

Well got it back together and got a chance to run it yesterday. I couldn't be more impressed with the difference the 990 carb and the dom pipe made. It runs like a raped ape but I only got to enjoy the tire burnning dirt flinging beast that it had become for about five minutes. Wouldn't you know it just when I was begining to have some fun the well known stock s/t servo problem reared it's ugly head and took a dump. Good thing though, it crapped out in almost full brake position. I've got to get that killer bee. Guess I'll order it along with the new servo. Can anybody send me a link to the hitec servo that you all seem to use. Being lasy here. Anyway back to the workbench. Thanks and you all have a great day!

That's great man!

Becareful until you get a kill switch. They are currently out of stock.

I threw an old servo I had lying around in the truck just for the time being and as I was working on it ,it hit me why the dang thing is so much quicker . I've got my first ddm sticker on there now. That's got'ta add at least a couple horses.
