#98-3247 is the walbro spring part# that will give ya the 13psi pop off and 10psi reseat. it is very important to check the lever arm with the walbro brass gauge. This spring is very lite and the arm must be set perfect for this close of a pop off and reseat cycles. use only the Walbro brand brass meter arm gauge as aftermarket cheap stampers will give you false settings. A notched butterfly plate is also a good match for this tune as it lets the air stream start early and more focused over jet line holes and pulls fuel quicker from the low speed jet hole in body bore= little to no low end fuel lag.........
