WT 990 is basically a 668 without a choke, both very easy to tune

WT 813 is the same again but has and internal acceleration pump which
helps with low end lag but a little harder to tune

Never heard of a WT 314

I would go with the 990 but there's nothing wrong with the 668 both good carbies

The WT-990 Carburetor is the same as the WT-813 WITHOUT an internal acceleration pump i guess its easier to tune and a more popular carbie so abit more expensive is my guess
 
just got my walbro 990 carb and it has fix all of my tuning issues! this carb is night and day compared to the stock km carb.
