There is a person on youtube showing how to do it he use a can of plasti dip from home depot for the servos
 
I have used the spray on plasti dip. I actually found it in the tutorial series posted above featuring the TT. I coated the servos with it and have had snow and ice packed all around them and never had an issue. The weakest link for me was the receiver box. Needed to silicone the holes I put in it for telemetry wires and the kill switch.
