well i work here at o'hare airport fuel farm facility, yesterday we had for the first time that i been here some one get into the AOA (Approved only Access) area, not did he get thru he scaled 3 razor wired fences 10ft tall each, in shorts and no shoes and a t-shirt (WTF To that).
we had 6 police ,doa, and tsa squads chasing this guy, he got into the fuel farm tank area ran across our tranfer pump pad area, over the breach flood dikes for the tanks out the other side and over another fence before being tackled by the fuzz.
bleeding the whole time we got blood on all the pumps on hand rails etc.
it was awesome, i'm trying sneek a copy of the video,

that was the most exitement we had since the fuel tanker roll over at the L-concourse,or the snow brushers ruptured tanks,but you will not hear or read about it since the city keeps this stuff under wraps:lol:

I would have thought that your gun toting cops would have made a meal out of that and turned him into a tea-bag!:lol: And before you say,"He was in a fuel facility and the cops couldn't use their guns" it doesn't stop Bruce Willis and Arnie from doing it!:lol::lol::lol:

update, the guy was a bensenville convict, that was being transported 2 miles away from the airport, slipped the cuffs and on foot ran the 2 miles to the airport, crossed the york rd. crossing and train tracks, climbed the 1 standard chain link razor wire fence and 5 ft over a sensor fence that is even higher 13-15ft, ran across the construction area for the new taxi way right into the fuel farms fence and the rest is as a above,except that his crossed the same creek/river 2 times in different spots, this guy was freekin awesome,
that happened at 2:38 pm, at 2:58 prez. obama changes the G8 summit from chicago to camp david,HMMM i wonder why?

oh the DOA and TSA are not allowed to carry guns...yet, the police do but we get all the old cops here that with out a car they would not of caught the guy

i feel so safe now imagine if this guy got thru armed and ready to rock the place? each tank over 2mil/ gal each of Jet A ,shoot it would be a done deal if something went down like that.
 
jet A1 is used over seas not here in the states, they use jet A here. basicly kerosene, but alot cleaner,same diesel with out the additives, they used to use jet A in the AA deicing trucks up until about 4 yrs ago when the epa said NO! NO!, burns extremely hot when lit, but takes a heck of time to ignite it,when we do fire training we use auto gas to help get it lit a straight flare will not ignite it

Yeah, realised I'd got it mixed up as I posted.

your talking avgas? yeah i wont touch that it's flash point is lower then autogas, Ohare does not use or stock avgas, the way the fuelers are i wouldnt want them to,
