I ended up at a small track (no jumps, just bumps) with a friend and a few others.

It was great. Here's what happened though

1) on the first lap, i noticed i couldn't keep it straight anymore, turns out I blew something in the front diff (ended up being the diff cup end inside the diff). The car was two wheel drive only and all over the place

2) the damn pins on the CV joint ends keeps coming out and locking up the wheels. I finally wrapped them with shrink tubing.

3) I rolled the truck and cracked the body pretty much clean in two

4) I snapped a rear dogbone at the wheel.. so I only had 1 wheel drive, which ended my day.

I have all the spares I need to fix, so I'm not too heartbroken, but I gotta tell ya, I HAD A BLAST. This thing is so much fun.

This thing is fun. I can't wait to get a more powerful engine. I have a hard time keeping up with the others.

it was great. my first time on a track and with others.. take about a good time. We're all just a bunch of big kids.

Vids would mean me bringing someone with me, I'll see what I can do.

I like fixing too. I just built a new garage (with heat) for my many hobbies and my car, dirt bikes and all the fun stuff. I'm a pure garage guy.

For vids, you can get a keychain cam and tape it to the brim of your cap....works well as a hat cam. I also attach it to my planes and send them up for some ariel videos.

Here's a link, just add your own micro SD card.

Also, here's an idea for mounting the camera on your radio...
