You get what you pay for...Just remember it is a model makers or watch makers lathe so don't expect any big cuts.
what it is meant to do it does well...
I wouldn't have one as it's not heavy duty enough for me and the fact I have an industrial lathe in my workshop is another reason..
If you are patient and just want to play then it should be fine
also need to remember it is best cutting plastics and soft metals ie.alloy and brass.
