I never used it but after reading the ones here that did it is prone to breaking in the header. I say go with the Sprint77 dom. It is probable the best and most protected. Just my .02

It has gotten some bad press so I stuck with my RDlogics with modded header they are about the same price.

they sure do bust up easy. not from impact but simply couse the melt away at the header. i got the side dom in black and it was only $154.00. free shipping.. best pipe for me

I always seem to put myself out there to get flamed but here goes! I have run my ramp with the "UPGRADED" pipe from Redcat. After all the bad press I think they made some improvements to it and mine has lasted for many gallons and many more rollovers with no breakage. If I could just get a video converter I could post all my videos to prove how well these trucks do with stock parts. Boiled of course

Sorry I should have explained myself better, I have an old mini VHS style camera and I need a converter card (like a python) to convert the standard A/V inputs into something the computer can use.

I had the redcat pipe and got lucky I guess. the new owner is happy with the pipe... I did bend mine a bit from new and made my own mount to go under the wing... I dunno

wow alot of complaints i got 5 tanks of fuel on my mt with this pipe installed and no issues. this pipe really wakes up the stock motor im really happy with it so far. i ran yesterday did a really slow roll over and broke the body where the bed is now that to me is kind of ridiculous im my opinion but the pipe is good so far.

The stock body is terrible....it breaks just by looking at it, shame cos it's not a bad shape.


Time to get yourself an fg, mcd, atomic, vx or proline body....lots to choose from...all around the $130 mark!

Rolled over going 30ish into a rock on the driverside front fender today ( first day of running with body.. In fear of this LOL) and blam!!! Where did my fender go! Lmao... Oh well.. Anyone got pics of some different bodys on the mt??? ( other than stadium trucks)
