the gunk that comes out of the exhaust? I was thinking maybe some degreaser or something similar. The gunk is all over the rear shocks. Thanks for the help.

clean up

electric motor cleaner want leave any residue. you can spray it on any thing except paint.

I use brake cleaner or WD40 most of the time. I also keep a bottle of denatured alcohol handy...

Clean it off and change the exhaust exit away from your model.

My exhaust used to leak inside the shell. Hot soapy water did the trick. The spray foam type alloy wheel cleaner works a treat too.
Like BtB said, mod your exhaust so it exits away from the car.

Thanks for the info fellas, I'm sure I've got some of those thing in the garage somewhere. I was too excited to run the FGMT when I first got it and did not re-direct the exhaust and never really got around to it.

try using the product called Simple Green we've been using this product now and works amazingly great it brings back the shin on all plastic parts without leaving white residue
