A friend took this on a trade, he knows nothing about large scale, and I am mostly only familiar with my 5ive-T. It appears brand new, or close to it, but is missing parts, it certainly doesn't look like anything I have seen......Any input would be appreciated.

Thank you. I had no idea Traxxas made such a thing.......Honestly the Traxxas decals didn't even register with me when I looked quickly at it last night, I thought it might be some china brand......
Now to find parts, I'll do some research. Thanks again.

You can get still get parts for them. I have a friend who has one and he said you have to contact Traxxas direct.
