990 is just a 668 without a choke.
I've got one here I can't give away.

668 is to small and is suitable up to 29cc generally
i believe the 1107 is more suitable for your needs

I found the opposite.
Couldn't get the 1107 lean enough to stop bogging down.

Go for the 990. Here is my esp 30.5 ported with 990. Freaking rips

With no choke the 990 is a PITA to start.
If you were down here in Oz I'd give you one for free.
I got sick of near pulling my arm off to start it and put the 668 back on.
The 990 has been in the parts bin ever since.
No noticeable difference in performance.
