What CY engine (cc) is this with this funny head?

Can someone please tell me who makes this funny head and what engine it is on?

I just got a used Redcat Rampage MT and the guy told me it was the original 32cc. Ya right...
It has a funny piece on the exhaust and a Walbro 813.

Engine has 30PSI. It does run but surges at idle. I think its on the way out...

I think they stopped making those head kits! I do remember they are actually made by CY used to be sold on davesdiscountmotors.com site maybe you can send email to them to see if you can get any help

Finally finished breaking in the 32cc. 8 half tank heat cycles. Boring...
