Had to get a new Washing Machine from Currys, got it home, unwrappped it and the bloody thing was damaged inside and out, had to reload into car and drive back to Chester and get a replacment....not once did anyone there say sorry, i'll be thinking again the next time a shop there...

Sorry for that mate.
In these 'corporate times' a letter to head office / complaints may get something sorted - even if its a partial rebate or an extended warranty.

Worth trying.

How about a Skoda vRS diesel estate. They are really nice cars and the 170bhp pushes them along quite nicely and still gives you 48+mpg

Quietish day for me.
Wife went off to church.
Managed to solder 8mm bullets onto the MMM I removed from the E-Maxx in readiness for the BL conversion of the Raminator.

Caught England kick their way to a narrow win over Ireland.
Caught the bar steward Mancs beat The Blues - and give them that!! Bugger!!

Carried on selling bits'n'bobs from the nitro side of the Raminator, only to find that several of them, despite stating 'UK Only' had been won by someone in USA!!
I've sent several e-mails indicating this and other issues - courier charges for example - and await the outcome.

The American purchaser has changed his default address to UK - no need for Customs Declaration forms, etc - so I'm sorted.
