What has changed with the 32cc

Can anyone shed some light on the 2 bolt 32cc.. Is it just a head and piston change on the stock run of the mill case or full top to bottom. I know they came out with a 4 bolt but is the case and crank the same as 30.5

I don't think the bottom end is the same. I'm not totally sure though.
