just put my obr 27.2 together and installed it on my xb roller, when i pullstart it all 4 wheels go, the clutch is engaged, if i lift it in the air or put it on a 5 gal pail it will start but all 4 wheels go with the idle... How would one check to fix this issue ???

PS: xb moved like abate outta hell with that OBR full mod on it... :D

Mine happened on time before and due to my dumbness I was told they were over tighten and I didn't have the wavy and the flat washer installed.

idle is nice n low, its def having to do with the clutch, I will take it off later and double check everything

How do the washers go on the flat and wavy ones? Any special way?

The wavy washer is a spring washer to keep the clutch pads snug.

Most of the time the clutch bolts bottom out to keep from over tightening. If you have extra washers it is posible to get it to tight. The pads need to move on those bolts. Centrificle force is what pushes the clutch pads against the clutch bell and the spring pulls them back in.

Flat washer against the bolt and spring washer against clutch pad.

Tried a stock clutch same result.. I give up with this one... Oh well...
