I thought it would be interesting with a thread about your needle settings. I figured it would be interesting to see how the settings varies among us depending on different factors. I thought that we could write down the following:
What car you`re drivning, model of carburator, engine, needle settings (low & high), temperatures were you run with this setting, gas/oil mixture etc.....
I myself recently installed the ported Oneill Brothers 27,2 cc kit into my FG Monster. I use the original carburator for the moment (Walbro 603) and the needle settings are 1,5 low and 1,75 high. I drive on a 4% oil mixture and the temperature is around +12 °C.
