to those who are breaking pull starts, are you replacing the cord or the whole unit? where are you buying replacements?

I buy from DDM. And it all depends on what broke. Sometimes I just have to rewind the cord. Other times I replace the whole thing.

I keep extras in my bag with the outerware Velcro already installed

Ya, if its the cord then just the cord. If its worn I just buy a new one for 10-15 bucks.
