guys just interested in kinds of radio gear people use as i'm still on 27mhz Am and have to say may go to 2.4 now as finding alot of interferance around my way also do you use stick or wheel and trigger i'm pretty old skool and like stick but its hard to find a nice stick in 2.4

I suggest the wheel and trigger vs the stick, An people run many different rx/tx. Just depends what you are wanting out of it

Flysky is a decent entry level 2.4 with a good price, alot like spektrum, Futaba, and not sure what else......lol.....electronics isnt my strong point......lol

I'm quite happy with a Spektrum DX3.0.
Defo wheel and trigger - don't like sticks for fast moving things - I've 4-channel stick radios for my Tamiya tanks.
Built-in failsafe is nice, but definitely added a Killer B remote kill switch.
No problems so far.

Yes the code core rc is a decent stick set for the money and does everything I need it to do. It has 15 model memory so you can use it for all your cars with an addition receiver and has most if not all of the settings you find on the top end futaba sets for example. Personally I cant fault it but there will be other opinions on what is the best set out there.

If you want a stick set then go for the Futaba 3VCS with either 40mhz or 2.4

It's bar far the mosr popular stick set available and used by a vast chunk of the UK racers. I prefer the 3pk which is the steering wheel version - and thats on 40mhz.

Futaba 3vc for me, would like the S version as it has color screen lol!! but it is what you are used to, I brought a 3PKS just to try it but couldn't get on with it.
