I believe it was loose before that's why it took off by itself.but i bet the flip didn't help any..lol...

Running the mt and just shut off.inspected and found the head gasket blowing out the back.head bolts aren't broken or loose.why does this keep happening?so i installed a new gasket but used some gasket maker on both sides this time.hope this keeps it from blowing out.does this keep happening to any one else?

Either the base or cylinder can warp from heat. This can make it difficult to get a tight seal. Your repetitive blowouts might be due to a high spot in the cylinder.

2 bolts are notorious for this apparently. There is another post on here which is less than 2 days old, take a read and it has some great tips to avoid these issues.
Thanx Joe,i read that already and it did have alot of good info.if it happens again might have to go with a metal head gasket.i really like those 4 bolt rmck motors.might have to get me one of those.just like to get more feedback on them.Im waiting for terrakills pros and cons of the motor but if its what i think there should be more pro than con..lol...well Im going to the 36th annual truck and diesel nationals at English town and going to bring the mt so I'll see if it blows out again hope it holds together...

Hasn't happened to me. I use the stock Zen gaskets. How are you torquing the cylinder bolts down?

This can happen if you over tighten the cylinder bolts, as well. It's mainly the cylinder, though.
