Was wanting to know what to keep in the spare parts bin for my Rampage XT. After busting the front bumper this evening, i got to wondering what else should i keep for spare parts, so im wondering what does everyone else keep in their box? (spare body clips, spare spark plug etc)

Not really a spare part, but make sure you replace the crappy stock throttle/brake servo and the steering servo. They usually don't last more than the break in tanks.

Well I keep spare plugs, bearings, body clips, screws, wheels and tires for different conditions(on road for when our track is snowd under or very muddy)extra kill switch, extra servos, air filter elements and filter oil,zip ties of various sizes.Mind you it takes time to aquire a compliment of spares. The other alturnative is to have two platforms when one goes down use the second one to keep you in the game.Oh loctite, blue and red. silacone to temporairly fix an air leak.Extra pull start rope.Extra batterys for the transmitter and reciever.

I agree with cordy. It's less aggravating to just fire up another rig than to be wrenching during your outing. :D

Well as vpalace said the "factory servos don't last past the break in tanks." I had my steering servo go out today after running like 6 tanks thru my rampage. Whats a good quality servo to buy?

Hitec or Savox will both come highly recommend from most. Make sure the EPA (end point adjustment) is set correctly or a good servo can also be short lived.

I run the Hitec 5765 for steering. I run it on a lipo receiver pack. I find it to be to slow on only 6v.
