What's The Problem With Hurrax?

The thing you need to remember with the thread on AUSRC is that it was a top of the range OR6 model, you would need to check with Hurrax to be sure any of the faults and upgraded parts that were engineered made their way onto the lower models and also into the MT and stadium truck builds coming out of the factory - only Hurrax could answer these questions.

sperera that track looks docile because to be honest the car isn't going too quickly around it and there are no other cars to push the limits. Here is an onboard camera mounted to a RRV4 in the final of 4wd class last meet we held - look at how hard the suspension works...

A couple of guys at our new track have only just started to have some susess with them after a lot of disapointment. They have done a lot of re fabricating and shreeding of wieght on these models. They raced them this weekend and had them going for a whole race day with no casultys.Amazing.There is a new model coming out in a few more weeks thats suposed to be a whole lot better than the or6 that is the same as what these guys curently have .Personaly i would go for a mcd if i was going to venture in to the 4X4 scene but im happy with my 2WD,Keeps me on my fingertips.

as far as i know they don't have any upgraded front arms out for them. in fact i think the uk is out of stock on the v4 and i think people with the old style diffs are still waiting for upgraded ones. also the hitech servos (the rhino replacments) seem to be pretty poor compared to the multiplex digi 4 (they guys have gone through 2 of these so far)

im in lincolnshire, out track is down here at billinghay (peate based clay)

awesome vid monaroman, wow your right about the suspension working hard!

and my comment about the docile track was more comparing it to some of the bmx tracks we run on LOL.

i so wish I had access to a track like that!
