I believe they're regular 10mm lock nuts that you can get from a hardware store.

Unless they've changed them, they're 23mm.

Take a nut to home depot they should have a rack of bolts to screw your nut onto that will tell you the size

And it will be hard to find that big a metric nut at home depot our Lowe's
