wheelie bar

does any one know of a wheelie bar thats out there...i put the baja back together today and now it does wheelies...this really sucks.......just kidding it's bad azz!!! i need to know if any one has a prototype i can copy..it's ripping up my wing..any help would be great..few pics below

wow.... how did you cut all those small holes? you must be a machinist? damn that is great work..when are you going to produce more? i want one.

Yes, you need special tool to cut that 4mm thick steel piece. But with cheap dremel tool, u can cut 2mm alu sheets and make your own wheelie bar. But with 2mm piece, you need to have more sophisicated structure in order to perform the same stiffness as Yamadude has. it's not so difficult.

Oh ya forgot to mention the Size its 11in long and is made from 6061 aluminum and its 5mm thick well its 4mm now after flating the surfaces and polishing.
