where can I buy custom batteries at

Just took my custom baja shorty out of storage and of course the ni-mh batts are dead.
I'm very limited on space and the normal hump back batteries don't fit, does any one now of a custom bat guy?

If that is the case, are u good at soldering? Those packs are super easy to make. You can buy matched cells, the metal tabs, wet noodle wire and a plug and easily make your own pack.

Or upgrade to lithium like the rest of the world. You'll spend more money making a nimh pack then buying a li-fe battery that will fit. Lipo will require different electronics or Hugh voltage compatable electronics.

Forgive me for my ignorance I've been out of the hobby for quite a while obviously, but in order to upgrade to life battery you can use the same receiver and servo? I'm assuming the plugs will need to be changed though?

And a lithium compatable charger, but it's hard to find one these days that can't charge lithium batteries.
