Where can I get the HY/CY cylinder head or similar?

I broke off half the bolt when tightening my exhaust header. Now it's stuck in the cylinder head. I have a real bad habit of over-tightening screws. The other side bolt is tight and fine but the one with the half-bolt broken is just slightly, maybe like a 1mm away from the head. I was gonna try some permatex sealant but not sure that's gonna work. So, can I just search for a CY 2-bolt cyl head to replace if I need to? You guys have any other solution? As always, it'll be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Both DDM and Large Scale RC sell the 2 bolt head kits for about $35 and up. If you are going to take the time to do a tear down, I would spend the extra money and get your self a ported & modified head. It is a great way to get inexpensive performance. You'll be glad you did. If you do go that route also check out OBR. They have some nice kits also.

I'd love to get one of those head kits but I'd rather spend the dough in other areas of the truck. I'm going to try this perm seal spray I found first. YOu ever try this? wonder if it'll do the trick.

I doubt that'll work. With one bolt, the header won't seal correctly regardless of what you try. If the broken bolt is sticking out, grab it with some locking pliers and thread it out that way. If it's flush, you'll have to drill it out.

The easy out kits are fairly cheap. Their a drill bit with a reverse thread extraction tap. You just drill a hole into the bolt and thread the easy out tap. It turns in counter clockwise once it stops the bolt will spin right out.

Brio, I've gotten them at Ace Hardware, and I think Home Depot. I found some at a tool shop here that are extra small, which has saved my bacon a few times. :D
