I've seen posts on here one day then they disappear, sometimes while still logged on e.g "show us your work bench"

Alot of the moved postings are being posted in the General Thread area. That is OK when they are General topics with no other home, but many have been items like "engine tuning", "servo issues", etc.
They are more likely being moved to the appropriate forum and the redirect links are expiring before you log on the next day. We try to keep the redirects on a day to a week or the least amount of time we can so the forum areas - mostly the general area - are not full of them clogging up the real threads. It can make a one page forum into a two page forum with all the redirects that are linked.
Believe me there are VERY few posts that get moved out of the forum areas and being deleted.
