stay clear of the FS as its only a cheap clone of the MCD

the MCD at Ross Mods is the same one that the guy is selling second hand at

£700 including his expensive £40 postage the ross mods one is free post;)

and new its a good price as they where over £600 before the MCD V4

came out same diffs in the evo3 and the V4 i think ...the only thing wrong

with MCD is that you cant keep up with the mods they keep coming out with

front and back sway bars and is complete ready to run this package was around £1500

a few short months back before the V4 came out and has the same diffs as the V4

Guys, cant find a decent MCD RR or Punisher, ready to run with everything for under £600! for that price cant I get a second hand FG monster beetle and add the 4wd system? comes to the same thing .. !!??
 
thats 2 very different vehicles, MCD is a race winning flat track killer where as the FG are tough as nails basher.

i think the monster FG models are some of the best bashers out there. if you planning to race though go the MCD, you wont be dissapointed.
 
hey guys! just a quick update .. i sold the marder and got a monster beetle with lots a extras .. its a much better car and i'm much happier with it.
 
only just read this and have some simaler probs with two wheel drive i have a fg marderand fg leppard the older one and it handles well for 2wd spins some butnot as much as the marder both have 26cc engines and if you ant good bashing then the leopard is really good iknow its stil lfg but the differance between the two is really noticable and i would go leopard justthrough trying and runnin g one there is a new one out but its pricey
