I mean even the cylinder is pretty tall. The dome can only be a few mm at best

?‍ cant imagine the piston goes up that far into a machines piece, there would have to be a joint near the cylinder that the ring would have to pass, and he could be using a long reach plug. All conjecture of course, but it looks like he modeled the heat sink off a nitro to try and get better cooling
