:( Thought i would take it out today seeing as it is all repaired get to my nice open field with my mate and pull start nothing engine has seized without me using it so peed off now gotta strip it all down again, such a nice day too felt like crying:mad::cursing:
 
Not flooded it normally starts first time and i couldn't even get the pull start to turn it i'll have a look at it tonight and go from there ruined my day it did but at least my mate had his savage there so had a go of that not bad but wanted my Leo :(
 
Ahh cool will do it cant be to bad it was running 2 hours earlier and i was all set to go first time i have taken it out since i bought it so a bit p!ssed off that it didn't want to play :p:D
 
Well at least i know what the problem is now :(

Dunno how it has managed to pick up like that its almost as if something has got in the engine but i never run without a filter :(
 
That exact same thing happened to me with a brand new 35mm CY top end.........only ran 2 tanks in it and the chrome plating started peeling off the bore..........

Alloy + alloy + friction + WELD:omg:

Turned out to be a bad batch from CY.........I have since gone back to a new 36mm Rovan top end and it is perfecto......

Had one last over 120 litres and still okay to use....only the compression is low...even with a new ring.
 
man i wish dealers would just bin those cy 35mm bores. all of them. they are the biggest pile of poop out.
 
It is interesting the amount of failures you see out there happen to be % wise this size bore. Something should be changed dramatically or I agree scrape them....
