Who's got the FID steering for their dbxl??

I ran the FID steering link and I had a similar problem where the ball link wouldn't clear the aluminum steering top plate. I actually grinded down the stock plastic servo saver arm to make more clearance and lower where the link mounts to the arm rather than grinding the aluminum top plate. This is the main reason why I haven't purchased any aluminum servo saver or steering parts. I've heard the stock saver is just fine and doesn't require an upgrade. I have literally every FID aluminum part and that's the only part I don't have that they make due to the clearance issues.

I made it work, took my Dremel to the diff brace and opened it up just a tiny bit. It clears it now.

One day one of my rc's will be operable again lol
