why is it so hard to get a job these days ?

Im sick to death of looking all day everyday for a fecking job!
I have skills in painting and decorating, CIS, CSCS, NVQ level 3
fecking painter!!! and no one will take me on!!

I have nothing intresting going on in my life apart from the stupid
truck of mine, it looks at me all day everyday saying feed me!! with
money!! :lol:

I really need a job! if i don't get one in the next month or so i have no choice
but to sell my truck

don't be disheartened by a few knock backs. Something will come up.

Get a few copies of your CV printed off, look smart & professional & go visit all the building sites round Liverpool. There is a lot of work going on within pissing distance of your house so Im sure you will get something out of it. By doing this you will be showing willing and it wont do you any harm to get your name about. If you cant get on direct, ask for the details of the painting contractor they will be using & give them a call. Its a busy time now with the school & uni hols - they all want work doing before next term starts so its ideal for you. Painters & decorators will be absolutely flat out for the next 6wks. Contact the schools direct too & see if they have anything. You wont need CRB checks for the hols i wouldnt have thought.
