why so much positive camber??

in my rc shed
i saw a build thread some where else on a leopard race 2 and there was huge positive camber on the front of it as in the front wheels were sitting at an angle rather than straight down when you look from above...i just can't understand it,i saw numerous videos on these and they all seem to be that way,on FG website it says the front rods are adjusted 60mill...that sounds like a lot to me,what is the reason?
 
A lot of it is dependant on the surface you're running on, how much streering you want or need to get rid of. Most of the time mine is set to zero when pressed down and that works.
