Will belt drive hold up..?

I bought a 8.2hp Full Mod 30.5cc TR/OBR 4 Bolt Reed Case Engine, and wanted to know if the chiliracing belt drive will hold up. Or should i switch back to the steal gears? I just got the engine todat, and haven't even installed it yet. I'm thinking it might just tear up the belt, but not sure. What do you think????
 
They get their kits from the same manufacture we do. They are a Uk dealer. I have one on my 7.2hp FMLR. I'm still on the original belt. I've never ran a cover either. It would handle it just fine.
 
No prob man.

Your going to love that motor. It's incredible I have one in a 5ive, and it moves it effortlessly.
