Will not start..

I am new to tuning gas engines. I have done some research and think I have a good ideal. It looks like the plug is fouled right now. I don't see a spark when I pull the cord. Don't know if I can find one local or if I will have to order one. I will try a new plug and hope that helps.
 
Vent your fuel tank mine sucked too.run for 5 minutes then die.after I vented tank like rc plane it straightened every thing out.runs like a champ 1 1/4 low 1 1/2 high needĺe
 
Turn low speed needle gently closed then unscrew 1 1/4 TURN .hi needle do the same to 1 1/2 turns,pump bulb till it feels full.choke pull 3 times should pop and want to start turn choke off,give a little throttle pull 3 times it should start. Watch for grass building up on flywheel and coil
