Ya that should work, Ive put a few of those on CY motors. Never an HY though, so I don't know.

I just bought the 28.5cc big bore head kit, can I add the 38mm crank to make it a 29cc ????? I didnt installe it yet, cause my truck doesn't come until this Wed the 1st....

Cruiser if it has not been machined for a 2mm stroker crank then no. The kit shown about is a direct drop on head kit and uses your stock 28mm crank making it 28.5cc.

@REDRUM thanks, I guess I was reading it wrong, well that is what I have a head kit which makes 28.5cc.......thanks

The 2mm stroke crank would make it a 30.5cc, if you want to make it a 29cc you would use the 1mm stroke

Redrum, im not a machanic, but the 28.5 head kit did come with a big round shiny thing, im guessing it a piston????? or is that the 2mm crank??? If is the crank then its 2mm???

TRUE,but if the cylander has not been machined it will only make it a 28.5 with a stock crank..


Granted he can stack gaskets to make it work but thats not recommended if you want the engine to perform right and last like it should!!

Yes that is the piston, the kit you got does not come with a crank..


Better send that engine to me so it will run right!! :D


Ill do alittle tweaking of the cylander and make sure its all good for you grattis!!
