OK, I think I maybe just saved myself from destroying a nice paint job.
I was on my way to doing some window tint with pactra window tint.
Luckely I read some post on some forums about how the RC294E window tint bleeds through most lexan paint and my base collor was Tamiya Red Metalic.
I tested the window tint on some body spare parts. And just as other stated, the window tint bled through. And made the nice red collor look more brown/orange like.

Must any red be backed off by silver before I apply darker window tint.
Any window tint out there that aren't as aggressive as the pactra one?

well you are supposed to always spray dark colors first technically so a dark color will show through... maybe the red wasn't on thick enough for one. and ya backing it with white or silver will help but if the red is too thin then those will show through as well.

you could always mask off and just leave the windows exposed to tint

Of all the threads I have read, I haven't fund one singel post with someone spraying the window tint on first. It even says on the spray can to finish off with 3-6 layers of special pactra backing. Remember this ain't regular lexan paint, this is tint. Consisting of a large % of thinner. That's why it bleeds through, not because of to few layers of paint. I think I have 8 layers of metalic red on mine, making it a nice dark red collor :)

I also said, you could mask and just spray the windows... meaning mask the painted areas

I've got tamiya tint here myself... I spray a little on first when doing carbon look to get that foggy/wavy look, but not to tint windows...
