i have a secondary HDD with windows 7 on it, i want the license key off it, i have tried god knows what & been at it for like 2days now, can anyone suggest A FREE way of doing it?
no it wont boot as its a 32bit system not 64bit, i can browse the hdd happily & get to where to key stored but cant extract as all the programs ive tried are either cack or just get the STUPID xp code of the current main hdd..
any help is welcome other than me getting a bent copy lol withc is fair as i have a legite copy just on this stinking hdd from my AIO withc i punhced the screen out of lol
 
done it sir lol

booted xp into safe mode
found on the secondary drive windows/system32/config/software
pulled it onto the current os desktop & placed in a folder called system32/config/
took owner ship & gave myself full access
loaded magic jelly bean & changed hives to that one
