wiring questions

just want to make sure i do this right. where do i plug in the included failsafe? and the rampage came with a little connection (3 holes like the small side of the failsafe) that just has a loop of wire on it. is this a plug for something or does it need to be plugged in somewhere?

the plug with the loop on it is your binding plug


if you ever need to bind your radio just plug that in to the bind plug, turn on your receiver then your transmitter. good to go
