What is the difference between a 4 bolt engine and a CY engine?

Firstly,welcome Raheem.I think you have got it mixed up buddy.The 27 neans cc and the Zenoah and CY are the makes of the engine.The four bolt is the amount of bolts that hold the head to the crank case .There is a two bolt version too(most common.)

If given the choice, there's little in it between Zenoah and CY, with many talking about poorer quality plating on the CY in the past - this has never been mentioned with the Zen - that's about it.
