Only real thing to do is buy a new carb....the hole's in the carb body get worn..
from use..dirt..sand what ever...If you get 1 years from the carb..that is good service,,,
just my opinion..slawhammer

if it's an 813 you can get a replacement and maybe a few more months out of it, the ball spring puts pressure on it and wears real fast, but as slaw says carbs only last a year or so...i got 18mths out of one of my 813's then it took a big dump flooding badly but that's another storythat is a sore point with me right now...hey Roger:oops:

Hey Mooo..I will sit in the corner and be quite ..on the 813 carb....
My point is: these carbs do not cost all that much....Replace it if you get close to a
years use from it.....Slawhammer

Thanks guys, I had a old carb kicking around with a busted choke, so I made a good one out of two. Not sure on the carb type, but I guess they all work yeah?
Matt.

o.k. for you guys with DDM selling 813's for $45
