My missus has just knackered my S2 up by trying to pry and messed around with the unlock pattern thats its blocked the whole phone!:mad::mad::mad:
She has this thing in her head that I'm seeing other woman (and am not) so she goes through my phone in the early hours.
Yesterday she went through it and blocked it and now its asking for my GMAIL account to open it back up but I have put a blag one in when I got the phone and don't have a clue what it is.I have foned Voda but they said it was a secuity issue thet Sansung had put into the fone and I have to ring them.Anyway,their business hours are from Mon-Sat and im stuck without my fone now till tommorrow (might not sound much but I have work numbers on there that I use regularly)

Have you tried explaining to her that the "other woman" don't go through your personel effects and neither should she!!!!!
 
Do you rember anything about the account? Did you set up an alternet emali address when you set up the gmail account> You can retrive the account password or email address with the second email account if you set one up.
 
Wow the phone is only a small issue. Sounds like someone needs a talk with his missus and discuss trust issues. If my missus didn't trust me after the time we have been together I would have some serious issues and probably leave her. Relationships are built on trust and if one side of it isn't trusting the other its a definite exercise in futility.

So I gotta ask ? Was this a long term relationship or a new relationship?

Samsung works like Nokia. I've been working for that company for 15 years. If your telephone is asking you to type in your gmail and you have one then just type your email address and the pasword to your e-mail account. That's how the telephone is always in sync with your email.

Or was the issue something else and I missed it?

On the missus part, open your mouth and talk with her about that. Investigate WHY she has got this idea you're seeing someone else. It's something in the way you behave that makes her think like that. Ask her even if it is not so pleasant for you. She will feel good if you are completely honest with her. That is if you have not looked elsewhere. Sounds like to me that you haven't.
