been runnin fine took it out last night for about 10mins then it stalled and now i cant get it to fire back up and i also noticed that the primer bulb is stuck in and takes a while to release its on the stock 23cc motor im thinkin maybe the carb got clogged but jus wanna kno if it could be somthin else or how to go about fixin it
 
I would say blow air through the lines to get any dirt there may be out and then. Clean your tank out and see after that is all done if you can take the air hose and blow through the carb.
 
On the back of the carb where the bulb is mounted to the white plastic peace, there is alittle hole there for the bulb to breathe, if it is clogged it will do exactly what you are describing..
