wont start

i was runing my km 29cc baja b4 in the garden and it was runing rick and boging abit but it was ok for testing in the gardin i was goping to take it out tmoz to tune it but when i went to start it b4 it justs wouldnt start any one no what this is
??

Change the plug if it has been running rich. Its probably sooted up. You might get away with cleaning it up tho.

put it back to factory settings and give the plug a good clean.

alright iv had no luck but iv just noticed that the insdide of the fly wheel has a big chunk out of it how do i get the flywheel off ??
