I picked up an old hydrualic office chair from the street thought it would make a good base for a work stand i also thought the hydrualic lift function would be good for different work heights

I know it looks beat up

Next i made a template and then transfered to 3mm checkerplate and

Then with abit of shaping and bending

i added some trim and rubber grommets

I extended the front so i could add some tools also added two larger rubber grommets for shock rebuilding... but have'nt cut the holes for the shock yet i got lazy :sleep:

I love it! Simple yet just as effective, and the place to hold tools and such is great.
 
Thx guys..... it goes up and down spins around its got wheels and a place for your tools, small working area for shock rebuilding ect what more would you want :D
