Heat from a propane torch. When they get to the right temperature they get bendable for enough time to get them to the desired shape.

Thanks, I tried that but I got a lot of spring back. Maybe I need more heat. Is that ABS or Delrin?

It's ABS. It takes 25s to cool down and keeps the shape.

Lowered the side panel and happy with it. Still need to trim it.

After a long break some update. I finally got to create a bracket/mount for the radio box. It supposed to be nice this saturday, so I'll try to get it all together tonight for a test run before disassembly and part finishing.
