Tried. I followed you pretty closely and it still works loose. It doesn't start leaking until its quite a bit unscrewed but I'm about to jb weld the entire cap on.
Now that I've got them set where the fronts come on just after the rears its pretty fun to hammer into a corner. The nose dives hard and it digs around without the rear flying around

Where did you find that? I found fid but they don't have one like that? or is that reservoir something you added?

I got it last year off of alli express for my build .

Yeah doesn't look like they have that exact one anymore.
I tore it down, cleaned it, reassembled with green loctite and used some super glue. I filed a flat on the seal cap and printed a bracket to hold it. If it comes loose now I'll order one or see if I can make one.

That is a shame ! It is so easy to add fluid to it and the action is great , Far better than the GTB racing one I used previously.
