xmaxx max6 g2 1650kv

Hey guys, has anyone played with this combo on an xmaxx? can you guys give me a good place to start for gearing? is this a good combo for the xmaxx? atm we have it geared 20/50 and it seems to run really cool with fans.

It's the same size motor as stock, so I wouldn't expect any extra power there. Just a different gearing equation with the higher kv.

The ESC is a little more powerful though.

1650kv and 20/50 should put you somewhere around 55mph, which is just about right if you ask me.

thank you. i have not tried any other gears but i like it the way it is i think
