guys i need some help, when i corner hard with my xt the front left axle slips out of the cup, i then have to bring it in take off the top of the carrier and slip it back in, the thing is its not so easy to go back in i have to open the carrier ways back to get it in so why is it so easy to come out, it never did this before so i am guessing something has gone wrong, please any ideas, thanks

Is it just the left front that is having this issue?? Have you tried to adjust the steering trim a bit and take a look at the pin in the dog-bone and make sure it is centered in the shaft. If it is too far to one side it will spit out on certain angles.

Also check the camber, is the wheel tilted ?

...does the Xt have droop screws on the a arms? [not sure]

Are the pins for the bones centered and set screw is tight?

Also someone mentioned using ear plugs inside the cups to keep the bone centered...?

will check

thanks very much for the info, i will check all of these, and i did notice the wheel more tilted than usual, the pin is centered, is there a camber kit for this or should i just replace the lower arm ? thanks guys

Cut 6 ear plugs in half and put them in all 12 diff cups. It will also eliminate most of the jingling sound of the dogbones ringing in the diff cups.
